Warranty Policy

Warranty policy


General provisions of the guarantee:


 


All electronic products sold on the Big Cart Trading Platform are guaranteed for two years (manufacturer's warranty) except for accessories and attachments.


 


Other electronics hardware accessories are subject to a six (6) month warranty starting from the date you receive the product.


 


The warranty services provided by the seller are not the responsibility of the large camper. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair duration and/or repair quality, and the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly in the event of any complaint or inquiry for a required service.


 


To benefit from warranty services, please ensure that you have the original invoice for the product in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (bring the warranty card for the device if available).


 


The shelf life cycle may vary for each product and the customer can review the product manual or contact the authorized dealer for more details.


 


We apply the policy of some service centers that may ask you to pay a sum of money for products that are classified as out of warranty and you have refused the repair price.


 


The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.


 


The customer must ensure that the product is placed in a box and properly packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process. If the product is not packaged well and this leads to damage to the product, the large cart will not be responsible for it. In this case, the product under warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance.


 


The customer can contact the warranty service providers directly to follow up on the status of the product or submit claims to the warranty service provider directly. All information will be provided to the service providers through the representatives of the warranty department in the large vehicle.


*The pickup and delivery service is not considered part of the repair time for the product.


 


Warranty service provider:


 


The product and workmanship quality warranty is provided by the authorized service center and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies described in the product’s warranty guide or the manufacturer’s website. To obtain warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the rules and regulations.


Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not considered the responsibility of the large vehicle. This includes the availability of spare parts, repair time, and quality of service. The customer must communicate directly with the authorized service center in the event of any complaint or claim.


This warranty only applies to products that you purchase within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“the Country”). Replaced or repaired products or parts will only be shipped to addresses located within the country, and amounts paid will not be refunded except to accounts located within the country only.


 


If the customer refuses to receive the product after completing the warranty request processing, the product will be stored in the large cart’s warehouse for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, and the customer will not have the right to request the return of the product after the expiration of this period.
