Purchase Refund Policy

Once the product you want to return has been received, arrived at the warehouse, checked and refund conditions are available, we will process the refund in the following way:

1. Online Payment Methods (Credit Card, Debit Card, Sadad, Mada, Tamara, etc.)

We will process the refund within 7 business days from the moment we receive the product. Although we process the refund within 7 working days, the actual balance in your account will depend on how long your bank account will need.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the product online.

Please note that during offer and download times, redemption process times may vary.

2. Cash on Delivery

The payment will be refunded to your Big Cart balance within 7 working days from the moment we receive your returned product which you will see on your account login page.

This Big Cart Credit can be used for your next Big Cart purchase.

The large cart balance unit is referred to as "Balances" when displayed on your account page.
